Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed with Skiffa via skiffa.store. By placing an order, you agree to them. You can save or print them; on request, we will also send them to you by e-mail.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are shown in your basket before checkout: €6.95 within the Netherlands, €9.95 to Belgium, free for orders of €75 or more. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed poster.
4. The contract
The contract is concluded as soon as you have completed and paid for your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation with an invoice by e-mail. We keep your order details for as long as the law requires (see the privacy statement).
5. Payment
You pay securely via Mollie using iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will ship your order once we have received the payment.
6. Delivery
After payment, we have your poster printed to order and usually ship it within three working days, securely packaged, to the address you provided. You will receive an e-mail with track-and-trace details. If delivery is not possible within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of damage or loss remains with us until the poster has been delivered to you.
7. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
You may withdraw from (cancel) your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Notify us within that period by e-mail to hallo@skiffa.store or using the model form below. Then return the poster within 14 days, undamaged and in its original tube. The cost of returning it is for your account.
We will refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery to you, within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the poster back or you have sent us proof of shipment. If the poster is damaged or has been used, we may deduct the reduction in its value.

8. Warranty and complaints
Has your poster arrived damaged, or is something not right? E-mail us within a reasonable period with a photo, and we will send you a new one or give you a refund. We respond within one working day and resolve any complaint within 14 days at the latest. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can submit your dispute via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Intellectual property
The designs on the posters belong to Skiffa. You may hang up, sell or give away the poster, but you may not copy or reproduce it.
10. Governing law
These terms and conditions and every order are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection of your own country (for example Belgium).
